Andrew Jeffries

Andrew Jeffries possesses extensive experience in energy finance and project management, currently serving as an Advisor for the Energy Transition Mechanism and Partnerships at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since January 2007. In this role, Andrew leads initiatives supporting energy transition in developing member countries, including Just Energy Transition Partnerships. Previous positions at ADB include Country Director for Viet Nam, Director of the Southeast Asia Energy Division, and Energy Head for India, where significant projects such as the $1 billion Green Energy Corridor were managed. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Vice President at Fortis Capital Corp., Vice President at GE Capital Structured Finance, and financial analyst roles at Caithness Energy and the U.S. Orderly Departure Program. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
