Carolyn Cabrera

Carolyn Cabrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where employment spans from 1999 to the present. Currently serving as Principal IT Specialist (Digital Adoption) since June 2019, Carolyn has held various significant roles, including Principal IT Specialist (Business Change Management) and Principal Knowledge Sharing and Services Specialist, focusing on enhancing knowledge management and online learning initiatives. Additional roles include Principal Operations and Communications Specialist, Head of Publishing, Information and Web, Senior External Relations Specialist, External Relations Officer, and Economics Editor. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Journalism and two Bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Journalism and Agricultural Education, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
