James Leather

Jamie Leather has over three decades of experience in the transport sector, currently serving as Chief of Transport Sector Group and Principal Transport Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2006, after progressing through roles including Senior Transport Specialist. Prior to ADB, Jamie worked at Halcrow, a CH2M Company, from 1990 to 2006, where positions included Director of Transportation and Transport Planner. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the same institution. Early education occurred at Bolton School and Harley School.
