Meutia Chaerani

Meutia Chaerani is a Senior Climate Change Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, focusing on energy transition mechanisms within the Energy Sector Group. Previous roles include Risk Management Specialist at the same organization and Manager for Global Public Sector Partnerships at WWF, where responsibilities encompassed building partnerships and capacity in the Asia region. Meutia has also contributed significantly to participatory land use planning at the Millennium Challenge Account in Indonesia and held a directorial position at Anapana Pte Ltd, emphasizing sustainable practices in coffee farming. Notable past experience includes project analysis at ADB, sustainable urban planning at Holcim, and urban research endeavors. Meutia holds multiple degrees in Environmental Management and Urban Design from the National University of Singapore, as well as a degree in Architecture and Planning from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
