Paula Kim

Paula Kim currently serves as the Director of the Institutional Services Division and Head of Global Real Estate Management at the Asian Development Bank since January 2020. Prior to this role, Paula held several key positions, including Senior HR Coordinator and Transformation Advisor at the International Atomic Energy Agency from February 2017 to January 2020, and Manager of the Field Support Unit at the International Fund for Agricultural Development from October 2010 to October 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Chief of the Administrative Services Division at the United Nations Development Programme and Senior Administrative Officer at the United Nations Mission in Liberia. Paula began a career in administrative and logistics roles within the United Nations system and previously worked at Turner Broadcasting - Cable News Network as an Assistant Assignment Editor. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, various certificates from IMD, MIT Sloan School of Management, Cornell University, YogaWorks, and the United Nations System Staff College.
