Kiersten Caravella has a diverse range of work experience. Kiersten started their career at Hitachi Data Systems as a Healthcare Business Development Manager intern, where they focused on identifying new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry. Kiersten provided qualified client leads to the sales team and collaborated with marketing to develop go-to-market campaigns.

Following this, Caravella joined The Walt Disney Company as part of their Disney College Program. Kiersten then worked at Golin as an Account Management-PR Intern, supporting media relations and conducting research for various consumer and healthcare accounts.

Caravella later joined MEC as a Digital Associate, where they gained experience in digital marketing. Kiersten then transitioned to Trilia Media as an Assistant Platform Media Buyer, specializing in programmatic media buying.

Currently, Caravella is working at ASICS Digital, where they have held multiple roles. Kiersten started as a Media Buyer before progressing to a Senior Media Buyer/Strategist role. Currently, they serve as the Global Digital Marketing Manager, Brand.

Kiersten Caravella obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Penn State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
