Michael Ravert has a solid background in software engineering. Michael began their career at Intuit as a Software Engineer Co-op, where they worked on the TurboTax Windows development team and developed and maintained QA tools for mobile and Windows products. Michael then joined RunKeeper as a Software Engineering Co-op, focusing on brand partnerships and third-party integrations. Michael was responsible for developing and shipping code for new Android and iOS features, as well as backend API and database updates. At Northeastern University, Michael worked as a TA/Tutor for CS2510. Michael then moved on to HubSpot as a Software Engineering Co-op, where they worked on backend development and helped rewrite the COS API app to improve performance and reliability. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at ASICS Digital (formerly Runkeeper).
Michael Ravert attended Northeastern University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

ASICS Group acquired Runkeeper in March of 2016 as a piece of the brand’s 2020 growth plan to continue to drive global expansion and improve the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience. In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano", which when translated expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." ASICS was founded on the belief that the best way to create a healthy and happy lifestyle is to promote total health and fitness. ASICS products were introduced to the United States in 1977 and brought with them an incredible story of athletic performance and technical advancements.
