Mike Dougherty

Mike Dougherty has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Team Leader at Advantage Sales & Marketing in 2001. Mike then worked as a Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager at SC Johnson & Son, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. After that, they joined New Balance as a Sales Planning Manager and later became a Channel Sales Manager. In 2014, Mike joined Clarks as the VP of US Wholesale Operations, overseeing various areas such as demand planning, sales tools, and order fulfillment. Mike also served as the European Wholesale Director and General Manager, leading teams across different European countries. In 2021, they co-founded and became the Managing Director of symmestra. Currently, Mike is the VP of US Sales at ASICS Corporation.

Mike Dougherty earned their Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Syracuse University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration at Boston University from 2008 to 2014.
