Sourabh Agrawal's work experience begins in 2010 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at EPICS Group, where they were responsible for identifying and expanding the offshore recruitment team. In 2012, they joined Saviance Technologies as a Lead Acquisition Manager, leading the recruitment cycle from junior to senior positions. In 2014, they had two roles: Assistant Manager of Recruitment at First Tek, where they connected IT professionals with job opportunities, and Manager at Sunrise Systems, where they built strong relationships with professionals and met staffing needs. In 2019, Sourabh joined ASK Consulting as an Associate Director of Client Services, where they focused on building lasting relationships with clients. Sourabh was later promoted to Director of Client Services and Delivery Management.
Sourabh Agrawal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University. For their secondary education, they completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Science from the Central Board of Secondary Education.
