With regard to compliance, Mr. Gadre's responsibilities include ensuring compliances under all SEBI / AMFI / PMLA regulations and allied rules as well as internal audits are followed thoroughly. He is a designated Compliance Officer under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. His responsibilities with Business Analytics extend to providing key business analytics, indicators and trends to ASK Wealth Advisors Senior Management, while working closely with business heads in setting budgets/targets for each location and sales team. Mr. Gadre has held various positions at ASK Group since joining in 2006. Mr. Gadre is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant.
