Caroline Starkman has extensive experience in operations and logistics, currently serving as the Acting Head of Operations and Logistics Manager at ASKET since September 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline held multiple positions at Odd Molly from December 2014 to September 2021, including Head of Operations, Product Owner, E-commerce Operations Manager, Logistics Coordinator, and Ekonomiadministratör. Earlier experience includes working as an Ekonomiadministratör at Serviceförvaltningen, Stockholms stad, as well as roles as a Gymnasieekonom at Ernst & Young and a seller at ServiceFinder. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Service Management with a focus on logistics from Lund University and studied at ISCTE Business School, as well as completing secondary education at Blackebergs Gymnasium.
