Foster Tam is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in sales, operations, and technology solutions within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Operations for North America at Askey since March 2014 and Co-Founder and CEO of Abell, Tam has a strong background in leadership and business strategy. Previous roles include General Manager at Vantrix, where management responsibilities spanned North America and LATAM, and Strategic Sales Manager at Cisco, where Tam led global strategies for the Service Provider channel across multiple regions. Early career experience includes senior positions at Linksys, Gateway, Fluor, and Chevron. Tam holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, along with a certificate in Telecommunication & Computer Network Engineering from UC Irvine.
