Dylo Lisa Ratliff, MCPC, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technical Officer at Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc. since November 2022, while also owning Dylo Lisa Coaching since January 2022. With extensive experience as an Executive Assistant to two President and CEOs, Dylo Lisa facilitated confidential discussions on personal and professional issues, aiding colleagues in gaining clarity. Prior experience includes a role as an Employee Relationship Coach at Positive Intelligence and PQ Mental Fitness, focusing on fostering positive working relationships. Dylo Lisa retired from a 31-year tenure at the American Board of Pediatrics in December 2021 and co-founded Sweet Ivory CDC, Inc., an organization dedicated to enhancing youth empowerment through music and arts. Educational background includes studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and certifications as a Second Degree Reiki Practitioner.
