Connie Chang

Connie Chang is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in community engagement and customer marketing. Currently serving as the Field & Customer Marketing Director at AskNicely since February 2024, Chang has previously held roles such as Community Leader at the Strategic Sales Network and Director of Customer Marketing at Databook. At Databook, an Inc. 5000 company, Chang led initiatives utilizing AI and NLP for B2B sales teams. Prior experience includes building influencer and social media strategies at Wish, managing global Facebook communities at Facebook, and developing travel content creator communities at gogobot. Chang also held senior community roles at Loopt and Yelp, where significant community growth and engagement were achieved. Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from UCLA.
