Jan De Busser has extensive experience in operations and strategic management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Supply Capacity Preparation at ASML since November 2009. Previously held roles at ASML include Vice President of Operations Strategy and Excellence, where responsibilities included overseeing industrial strategy and lean deployment, as well as leadership of a manufacturing OEM facility generating significant revenue. Jan's background also includes a role as Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering and New Product Introduction at ASML. Prior to ASML, Jan worked at PACCAR as Plant Manager of the Axle Factory and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing machining and welding operations. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Duracell, Corus, and IRG Plastics, along with a Master's degree in Engineering from KU Leuven.
