Lei Lei

Lei Lei currently serves as a Senior Design Engineer for Defectivity Control at ASML, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lei Lei was a Research Assistant at Oregon State University from September 2015 to December 2021, and an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Beijing MAGATTOO Technology for a brief period in 2015. Academically, Lei Lei earned a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Oregon State University in June 2021, a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Beijing Institute of Technology in March 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution in June 2012.
