Richard McCay

Richard McCay is a skilled engineer with diverse experience in high-stakes technical environments. Currently serving as a Service Engineer for High NA EUV Lithography New Product Integration at ASML since November 2021, Richard specializes in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and machine repair while facilitating international collaboration and customer service. Previous experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at NanoElectromagnetics, LLC, focusing on manufacturing process optimization for high-voltage capacitors, and an Application Engineer position at Environmental Dynamics International, where Richard designed and sold aeration equipment for wastewater treatment.
