Wouter van Loon

Wouter van Loon is a seasoned project manager currently leading new product introductions for service products at ASML, focusing on DUV service products since June 2023. Previously, Wouter served as Head of Customer Support at Lightyear, where the establishment of five specialized teams to enhance customer experience was accomplished. Wouter's background at ASML includes roles such as Strategic Business Planner, Escalation Project Lead in Taiwan, Group Lead of the Global Support Center, and Global Support Center Engineer, demonstrating expertise in customer support and operational efficiency. Additional experience encompasses founding director at De Kleine Consultant, co-founder of OnsBoek, and various internships, including research in the USA and production engineering in 3D printing. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, complemented by strong entrepreneurial studies and honors program participation.
