Ryan Sustawenko has extensive experience in training and law enforcement. Currently serving as an ASP Instructor Trainer at ASP, INC since June 2013, Ryan provides certification in the use of ASP Expandable Baton, Handcuffs, and Flashlights. Additionally, since May 2009, Ryan has been a member of the Crisis Resolution Team at the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, specializing in less-than-lethal resolutions and training in Defensive Tactics, Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behavior, Mine Safety Appliance, and First Aid/CPR/AED. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Correctional Officer at the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services from September 2003 to May 2009.
