Wendy Loewendahl

Wendy Loewendahl (Weber) currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA at Advanced Sterilization Products since January 2023. Prior to this role, Wendy held various senior HR positions at Eaton from November 2011 to December 2022, including Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, organizational transformation, and digital leadership development. Wendy's extensive experience also includes roles at Medtronic, where integration activities and HR process alignment were key focuses, along with prior experience at Philip Morris International. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from HEG Neuchatel and multiple coaching certifications, including from Henley Business School.
