Lana Hladush

Lana Hladush is an experienced Payroll Manager at the ASPCA, with a focus on payroll calculations, tax allocations, and addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. Since April 2016, Lana has been responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processes, creating on off-cycle checks, and serving as a liaison for payroll benefits and compensation discrepancies. Lana also supports senior management with special projects and audits. Prior to this role, Lana worked as a Payroll Coordinator, handling multi-state payroll for numerous employees and managing compliance with regulatory agencies. Before joining the ASPCA, Lana interned at the Jersey City Housing Authority, where responsibilities included processing accounts payables and receivables. Lana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice from New Jersey City University.
