Lisa Motz, MS, LMHC has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources and mental health counseling. From 2011 to present, Lisa worked as the Director of People Partnership at the ASPCA. Prior to their role at the ASPCA, they worked in human resources at Time Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Lisa began their career as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) where they worked from 1998 to 2007.

Lisa Motz, MS, LMHC earned their Master's degree in Counseling from Fordham University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Family Relations and Human Development from The Ohio State University.
