Amelia Oates, LG, has extensive experience in geology, currently serving as a Project Geologist and Staff Geologist at Aspect Consulting LLC since November 2017. Previously, Amelia worked as a Staff Geologist at The Riley Group, Inc. from July 2016 to November 2017, where time was divided between office tasks and fieldwork. Amelia earned a Master of Science in Earth and Space Science with a focus on applied geosciences from the University of Washington in June 2016. Prior to that, a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science was obtained from St. Lawrence University in 2012. Additional experience includes working as a guide at Eastern Mountain Sports and in customer service roles, enhancing skills in communication and customer interaction.
