Rebeca Mazer

Rebeca Mazer possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the dental industry, currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for the West Coast at Aspen Dental since January 2018. In this role, Rebeca directs, plans, and implements recruitment strategies to hire qualified dentist candidates efficiently while fostering relationships with Practice Owners and dental academic leaders. Prior to Aspen Dental, Rebeca was the Director of Doctor Recruitment and Relations at Dental Dreams LLC, where responsibilities included HR support, candidate screening, and negotiation of employment offers. Rebeca's background also includes positions as Admissions Counselor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Senior Student Loan Advisor at Delta Career Education Corporation, alongside earlier experience in retail operations with Sprint. Rebeca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, with a minor in Transborder Studies and Nutrition.
