Daniel M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.
Daniel began their career at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in 2006, working as a Call Center Agent in Technical Support/Sales. Daniel was later promoted to the role of Product Specialist and then to Supervisor in 2008 and 2009 respectively.
In 2010, Daniel joined Aspen Grove Solutions as an IT Infrastructure Engineer. Daniel contributed to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions for the financial and mortgage services industries. Daniel held this position until 2019, when they transitioned to the role of Infrastructure Security Analyst. In March 2023, they were promoted to Information Security Manager, a role they currently hold.
Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated technical expertise and a strong focus on security and infrastructure management in the technology industry.
Daniel M. pursued their education in the field of computer science. Daniel completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in computer systems from the University of Limerick in an unspecified year prior to 2006. In 2021, they enrolled in Munster Technological University and attained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Cybersecurity Management in the field of Computer Science, which they completed in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Daniel also obtained several certifications. In December 2013, they completed the "Exam 410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012" certification from Microsoft. In August 2015, they obtained two certifications, namely "Specialist - Systems Administrator, RecoverPoint Version 1.0" and "Specialist - Systems Administrator, VNX Solutions Version 8.0" from Dell Technologies. Further, in September 2019, they achieved the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and in November 2019, they obtained the "AWS Certified Security – Specialty" certification from the same institution. Daniel'smost recent certification is the "Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)" received from (ISC)² in May 2021.
