Cullen Pivaroff

Cullen Pivaroff has experience in research & development of autologous cell therapies, myogenic disease modeling, induced pluripotent stem cell lines, and highly expressed micro RNAs in human embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cells. Cullen has also performed duties such as tissue culture, immunocytochemistry, cell transfection, flow cytometry, molecular cloning, PCR, qRT-PCR, Luciferase assays, ELISA, designed experimental equipment, and protocols. Additionally, Cullen has worked in positions such as Laboratory Manager, Visiting Scientist, Independent Researcher, and Weekend Manager/Instructor.
