Eliu Garcia

Eliu Garcia is an experienced professional in engineering and facility management, currently serving as the Facility and Maintenance Manager and previously as a Sr. Process Engineer at Aspen Surgical since September 2017. Prior to this role, Eliu held the position of CostOut Engineer at Eaton from November 2015 to September 2017 and worked as a Sr. Project Engineer at BD from October 2012 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and NPD Engineer/Machine Shop Supervisor at Aspen Surgical, and as a Process Engineer at Becton Dickinson, where significant contributions were made to improve manufacturing processes and equipment quality through six sigma and lean manufacturing tools. Additionally, Eliu has a foundation in validation practices from work at Baxter Aibonito as a Process Engineer II, where expertise in developing validation protocols and conducting performance qualifications was gained. Eliu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.
