Bilge's earlier roles included Senior Management Consultant positions at GfK and Kinetic Consulting, as well as Global Consumer Excellence Lead at Bayer, where strategic initiatives led to substantial sales growth. The extensive career began at Procter & Gamble, where leadership in the Feminine Care Portfolio contributed to significant revenue increases. Bilge holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and has furthered education in data science at UC Berkeley, along with a BA in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.
