Caroline Iskander is an experienced project manager currently leading the Workforce Egypt project at Aspire Training Solutions, focused on enhancing skills and competencies among students, parents, and teachers in Egypt. With a solid background in project management, Caroline has previously held roles as a project officer and project coordinator, overseeing planning, implementation, and evaluation of various community development projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Center Assistant at British Council, where responsibilities included conducting interviews for language placement tests and advising applicants on suitable courses. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Ain Shams University and has a foundational education in Arts and Literature from New Ramses College.
