Currently serving as Field Team Leader at Aspire Technology Solutions since July 2022, Stuart manages a team of engineers to ensure the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Previously, Stuart held the position of Technical Field Team Leader at TSG from October 2006 to July 2022, overseeing a team focused on escalation, installation, and field engineering. Early in the career at TSG, Stuart worked as a Technical Field Engineer, responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues for servers and workstations while minimizing disruptions to users.
