Prior roles at Virgin Media include Edge Networks Designer, Senior Network Engineer - Technical Site Specialist, Headend Engineer, and Access Field Technician, where Tom contributed to various technical projects, customer service excellence, and network infrastructure upgrades. Tom also founded and operated Wonderful Ideas for Entertainment, a mobile disco company, from October 2010 to September 2020, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Educational background includes 14 GCSEs obtained from Acklam Grange School, complemented by earlier education at Acklam Whin Primary.
