Rachel Ridgwell

Rachel Ridgwell is a seasoned professional in customer success management and sales, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Aspire since December 2021. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Sales & Member Experience at Habyt, where responsibilities spanned regions including Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and Japan. As the Founder of Ohh Lah Lah, Rachel aimed to enhance the satisfaction of women in Singapore through engaging events and quality products. Prior experience includes roles as Customer/Member Experience Manager at The Athena Network Singapore and APAC, and Senior Cabin Manager at Emirates, where leadership and operational excellence were emphasized. Rachel began a career in administration as a Personal Assistant at Norman Waterhouse. Rachel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Canberra.
