Gareth Hillen

Gareth Hillen has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in product maintenance and customer success, currently serving as Team Lead for Product Maintenance at Aspire Software since October 2021. Additionally, Gareth holds a similar position at Fluent Technology/Flexi-Grant® since September 2016, along with roles as Customer Success Engineer and Software Engineer. Prior to these positions, Gareth worked at Queen's University Belfast as a Clerical Officer, providing administrative support within the School of Mathematics and Physics Teaching Division. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Economics Research Assistant at the Economic Research Institute of Northern Ireland, where data collection and analysis were key responsibilities. Gareth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Ulster University, completed between 2004 and 2008.
