Linda Mingus has an extensive work history in the field of human resources. Linda began their career at ThedaCare in 1988 as Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 1996. Linda then moved to Community Health Network/Partners Health System, serving as Director of Organizational Development until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Mingus held the position of Director of Corporate University at Menasha Corporation. In 2003, they joined Aurora Health Care as Director of Human Resource Services, a role they held until 2017. Mingus then worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Divine Savior Healthcare from 2017 until their most recent role as VP of Human Resources for the South Division of Aspirus Health in 2021.
From 1985 to 1993, Linda Mingus obtained a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
