Andrew Pagnotta

Andrew Pagnotta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, currently serving as Program Director, Deputy for Maritime Warfare Systems at ASRC Federal since March 2010. With over 50 government contracts under Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in planning, execution, and program delivery. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Practitioner, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Andrew has successfully managed multi-million dollar Ballistic Missile Defense Programs and led initiatives to transition organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Previous roles include Stock Option Plan Administrator at Merrill Lynch and Financial Analyst/Commissions Accountant at Roster Financial. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Rowan University.
