Anthony Charles Sr. is a retired U.S. Army professional with over 20 years of experience in project management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for IT Strategic Plans at ASRC Federal since October 2023. During a distinguished military career, Anthony held various leadership roles, including Operations Chief and IT Project Manager for the U.S. Army, overseeing communications support and IT projects for multiple Security Forces Brigades. Anthony also has experience in managing Special Operations Forces, coordinating high-profile operations in Vietnam, and leading large-scale training initiatives. Additionally, Anthony worked as a Technical Project Manager with Siemens AG, achieving significant cost savings and energy efficiency improvements. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
