Jay Carroll

Jay Carroll currently serves as the Logistics and Fleet Operations Manager at ASRC Federal, a position held since February 2023, while also supporting Cape Launch Operations and Infrastructure. Prior experience includes working as a Launch Operations Security Supervisor at SpaceX from September 2017 to August 2022, overseeing corporate security for launch operations and managing personnel. Additionally, Jay served at the Brevard County Sheriff's Office as an FTO Deputy K9 from July 2012 to November 2016, and at the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Orlando, Florida, as a Sergeant from January 2001 to June 2012, fulfilling community protection and K9 responsibilities. Jay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology and Forensic Sciences from Valencia College, earned between February 2001 and February 2004.
