Elyse Exposito

Elyse Exposito is a seasoned operations and program management professional, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Assembly since August 2025. Prior to this role, Elyse held various positions at The Zebra from September 2020 to August 2025, including Chief of Staff and Senior Program Manager, where significant contributions included leading enterprise-wide programs, managing M&A onboarding, and enhancing operational efficiency. Elyse began a career in design, working as a Graphic/Production Designer at Ralph Lauren and in senior design roles at Hai Hospitality and Under Armour, showcasing a strong foundation in graphic design and brand creative. Elyse holds a Bachelor of Art in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Public Relations from Towson University, along with a Marketing Certificate.
