Molly Dir is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Assertio since June 2023, Molly's responsibilities have expanded to include Facilities and IT. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at both Aptinyx Inc. and Baxter International Inc., along with significant tenures at Takeda, where Molly held multiple leadership positions, including Chief of Staff for the US commercial business unit and Vice President for Strategic Talent, Diversity & Inclusion. Molly's foundational HR expertise was developed at Abbott and Helene Curtis. Molly holds a BA degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications from Loyola University Chicago.
