Ruweendra Senanayake

Ruweendra Senanayake has worked in the Human Resources field for over 13 years. Ruweendra began their career in 2008 as an Implant Trainee at MAS Design. Later that year, they became a Specialist - Talent Acquisition (Group Human Resources) at Dialog Axiata PLC. In 2015, they moved to Virtusa as a Manager Human Resources. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director - Human Resources at Assette.

Ruweendra Senanayake has completed a number of courses at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), including The Certificate Course in Human Resource Management, The Foundation Course in Human Resource Management, and the Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management, all in the field of Human Resources Management. Additionally, Ruweendra has obtained a Certificate in Labour Law & Industrial Relations from The employers’ Federation of Ceylon.
