Sunil Pareek is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate and investment banking sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Assetz Property Group since July 2014, Sunil focuses on P&L monitoring, residential project lifecycle support, land acquisition, and capital raising. Previously, Sunil held key positions at EY from September 2006 to July 2014, including Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investments, specializing in private equity, mergers, and acquisitions. Sunil began their career as Associate Vice President at iDeCK - Infrastructure Development Corporation (Karnataka) Ltd. from 2003 to 2006. Sunil holds an MBA from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SBRR Mahajana First Grade College.
