Assiniboine Park Conservancy
Kristen Robertson has a Culinary Arts degree from Red River College Polytechnic. Kristen has held various culinary positions, starting as an apprentice at International Inn Hotel and working their way up to Executive Chef at Bel Acres Golf and Country Club. Kristen then transitioned to working at Tundra Grill as Assiniboine Park Zoo & Concessions Chef, eventually becoming the General Manager. Kristen also worked as a Banquet Cook at Green Gates Restaurant. Kristen's education includes a High School Diploma from St. James Collegiate.

The Assiniboine Park Conservancy is a not-for-profit organization responsible for the operation of Winnipeg’s historic Assiniboine Park which is home to the Assiniboine Park Zoo and The Leaf. Assiniboine Park For over a century, Assiniboine Park has served Winnipeg as a hub of year-round activity, a joyful gathering place, and a natural oasis that allows visitors to reconnect with nature and each other. The Leaf The Leaf will be the first and only garden attraction in North America to tell Canadians’ cultural stories through the world of plants. The Leaf will offer visitors a multi-seasonal experience and be the most visually stunning place of its kind in North America.
