AssistedCare is a family of two individual companies, AssistedCare Health & Home Care Specialists and AssistedCare Home Health. Together these two companies provide in-home health care services on a variety of levels to meet the specific home or community health needs of your family member.

AssistedCare Health & Home Care Specialists provides certified nursing assistants and habilitation technicians who offer longer-term services for individuals who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle as long as possible. Our care providers, supervised by registered nurses, and/or qualified professionals in the field of developmental disabilities and mental health, are the '​'helping hands,"​ keeping your family member healthy and independent.

AssistedCare Home Health provides in-home patient care by skilled professionals. Registered nurses; physical, occupational and speech therapists; certified nursing assistants; and social workers are on staff to provide rehabilitative services under the direction of a physician's orders.
