From 2011 to 2015, Agustin tutored high school students through the AVID Program and Rollins College Upward Bound Program. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Pharmacy Technician at The Pharmacy Store, where they filled prescriptions and assisted patients with their medication needs. From 2016 to 2018, Agustin worked at Publix Pharmacy, first as an Inbound Call Specialist and later as a Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator. In these roles, they assisted patients with refill requests, addressed medication and insurance questions, and helped ensure affordable and timely access to medications. From 2018 to 2022, Agustin served as a Specialty Account Representative at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy, managing territories and disease states. In 2009, they founded Kustom Kicks, a business specializing in hand-painted shoe customization and repair, as well as sales, marketing, and product development. In 2015, they started another business called Kustom Prints, offering screen printing and marketing supply printing services. In June 2022, Agustin started working as a Regional Account Executive at AssistRx.
