Dezman Curry began their work experience in 2002 as a Radio Systems Operator in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2012. In 2014, they joined The Home Depot as a Front End Supervisor, responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash drawers, and overseeing returns and exchanges. In 2017, Dezman briefly worked as an Assistant Manager at Family Dollar. Then, in 2018, they became a Customer Service Representative at CVS Pharmacy until 2020. Currently, Dezman works at AssistRx as a Case Manager, where they assess treatment needs, develops and evaluates treatment plans, and monitors staff performance.

Dezman Curry pursued their education, earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia College from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Global Business Management with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as Leadership.
