Hector Noel specialized in insurance eligibility and prior authorizations for various therapies including Multiple sclerosis, Oncology, Hepatitis C, Immune disorders, Pulmonary arterial hypertension, and Hemophilia.
In 2016, Hector joined Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Patient Care Coordinator at Walgreens Specialty. Hector Noel handled inbound and outbound calls, scheduled orders, assessed supply needs, and provided correct information or directed calls to appropriate teams.
Currently, Hector works at AssistRx since 2017. Hector Noel initially served as a PSQS - Product Support/QA Specialist, where they conducted research, tested system modifications, and participated in product design reviews. Hector Noel then transitioned into the role of Specialty Solutions Coordinator.

Hector Noel Roque attended Roxbury Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they studied social work. Hector Noel does not hold a degree in this field.
