Evren Kaya

Evren Kaya is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Director at AssisTT since February 2019, Evren is responsible for organizational development, performance management, business partnerships, and compensation and benefits. Previous roles include HR Business Partnership Group Manager at Turk Telekom and HR Business Partnership Manager at Avea, where Evren built influential relationships with senior management and drove HR strategy implementation within the Technology sector. Earlier career experiences include roles in executive search and selection, human resources management, and training and development at various companies, alongside advanced degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Baskent University and Hacettepe University, respectively.
