Greg Smith

Greg Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and community management. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development and Director of Leadership Development at Associa since April 2010, Greg is responsible for cultivating leadership skills among people leaders within the company’s global network. Prior to joining Associa, Greg held multiple leadership roles at Valencia Management Group, including Senior Community Management Consultant, Senior Vice President, and President, from September 2004 to April 2010. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Community Association Manager at Seco Canyon Homeowners Association. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Percussion Performance from The Master's University and an Associate of Arts in Music from Riverside Community College.
