Andrew Lock has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in IT and digital transformation. Andrew started their career at Unilever, where they held roles such as CIO for ANZ, Global IT Program Director, and Director of IT for Customer Relationship Management in Australasia. During their time at Unilever, they successfully implemented global IT programs, achieved revenue uplift, and reduced project expenditure while delivering quality initiatives.
Lock then moved to Associated British Foods plc, where they served as Global CIO and Group CIO for AB Sugar. In these roles, they led significant organizational transformations, drove digital transformation agendas, and partnered with IT and business to foster a more collaborative culture. Andrew also focused on building IT capability, designing and implementing IT strategies, and addressing cyber security gaps.
