Jeff Dixon

VP of On-Site Communities at Associated Asset Management

Jeff brings with him over 15 years of Professional Community Management experience. He joined AAM as a Portfolio Manager in 2005, after retiring from a 20-year career with the United States Air Force, as well as a successful career as an independent business owner. In 2007, he became the On-Site Community Manager for Trilogy at Vistancia, a position he held for the next 8 years. Jeff was again promoted in 2015 and moved to San Antonio to become the Vice President of AAM’s Texas Operations.

Upon moving back to Arizona in 2018, Jeff joined the On-Site Management Leadership Team as the Regional Vice President of On-Site Communities. Additionally, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Business, maintains his CAAM designation, and is a member of CAI.

AAM is a community management company serving over 500 communities in AZ, CA, NM, FL, NC, MI and soon to be TX. We partner closely with builders including Pulte, Del Web, Shea Homes, AV Homes and Mertiage to help them build out their communities including the build out of the IT in their community centers. We have multiple communities currently under IT services contracts and have been selling Meraki devices into the communities at retail rates. We are looking forward to partner with Meraki and expand this part of our business.
